Everything is going right. Matthews with a TD and 9.5 points, while Gabriel gets just 1.5. Aaron Rodgers has a huge day. Tyrell Williams with a 12-point game. Two TDs from LeGarrette Blount. McCoy a stud as usual. SD defense with nine sacks, even though they lost to Cleveland. And, of course Aaron Rodgers comes up gigantic.

I'm up by 55 on the No. 1 seed in the championship game. I have Nick Novak playing tonight and Tyreek Hill tomorrow night. Opponent has Elliott and Bryant for Dallas on Monday. If I can get 10 points out of my guys, I'll feel pretty good heading into Monday up 65, no matter who he has left.

Oh, yeah, Charles Clay scored two TDs and finished with 20 points. That team currently leads by 77, though my opponent has a ton of guys playing right now and Demariyus Thomas and Travis Kelce going tomorrow.

My league's semifinals, I'm ahead 45-35 right now even though my lineup has one collective touchdown.
    That's the good news.
The bad news? He still has five players in the Saturday night/Sunday games, including his QB (Alex Smith), Demariyus Thomas and Jeremy Hill. Two of his receivers right now are also from the Saints and Brees is my QB.
The worse news? My bench. Sitting down there is 34.3 points from Adam Thielen (thought he was hurt, and he goes for 202 yards and 2 TDs), Mike Gillislee (only 4.5 points, but still better than both of my starting RBs combined) and Isaiah Crowell (2 TDs and 14 points; his touchdowns were the first he's scored since October).
    Oof.

Holy effing eff. Had Watkins and Gates in. Subbed them out around 10:50 before leaving on a 3-hour tour in the backcountry. Played Rudolph and Crowder. MotherEffer. Also kept Martin in, because why not. What the hell? Didn't have service till I got to the local brewery. I'm down 113-101. I still have Hill, KC D, and Lee (def player). He has Tate and Hopkins. I know I'm going to lose, but Tyrod and Carr kept me close.

Holding a shaky 4.5 point lead. He's got Antonio Brown left; I have Travis Kelce plus a kicker. Speaking of which, I have a choice between Justin Tucker and Dan Bailey. Thoughts?

I'd go with Bailey. The Cowboys are going to score some points, and playing at home in a dome he might be better for a long FG than Tucker will playing outside in a bad stadium for kickers.
But, of course, take that with a grain of salt. Kickers are always a crapshoot.

Speaking of kickers, Matt Bryant might be my team MVP. He's scored 36 points for the last four weeks, including 17 today to be the high scorer on my team.
Thanks to him and Jeremy Hill crapping the bed to the tune of 8 rushing yards tonight, I have a tenuous 52-39 lead.
My opponent has Spencer Ware, Alex Smith, Demariyus Thomas and Eric Berry (IDP league). I've got Dez Bryant.
Drew Brees' one passing TD is the only one my entire roster has scored so far and I'd have gotten smoked by any other team in my league's playoffs or consolation bracket. If I somehow pull this off, it's going to be a dadgum Christmas miracle.

    Congrats, Dixie!
Tyreek and KC D have me in the lead right now. Only the third place game, but dang it, I want my money back. I still have Lee going tomorrow night and he has Tate who could blow it up for 30 easily. I didn't think I'd even be talking about winning after sitting Gates, Watkins, and starting Martin. D'oh!

Barring a 40-point Dak Prescott outburst tomorrow, I will win my home league for the first time in 10 years. Brees was my QB each time, as well as the only other time I ever won a league. (Although I am favored to win another league this year, assuming Zeke Elliott shows up tomorrow, with Carr at QB.)

Wrapped up the third-place game tonight-- won by 45 in spite of Kelce's outburst.

Thanks to Novak and especially Tyreek Hill, I'm leading the championship game by 71. My opponent has Elliott and Bryant, but I don't see him catching me. In fact, Yahoo has me as a 100 percent favorite heading into the MNF game.

Four of my entities -- RHillman, JMatthews, ESanders and the Seattle defense -- accounted for 6.4 points.

Four of my entities -- Cousins, LBell, TKelce and DBaldwin -- accounted for 162.9 points.

And Justin Tucker kicked in 17.2.

186.5 would have taken care of anyone in my league. And ... I lost by two points last week in the semifinals. Sigh.
