That's how some people wrote up what they said.

When they saw those write ups, they denied that was what they claimed.

It was fake news. You got taken in.

It's not fake news it it's actually based on real information. You can call it misinterpreted news if you like.

There's ample evidence that Russians tried to hack voter registration systems in at least two states. But they allegedly failed.

If we have to keep score, that's way more evidence than exists about a secret pedophilia ring or a Kenyan birth.

By the way, call me when an angry liberal goes to a precint in Pennsylvania looking to shoot Russian hackers, will you?

As usual... one article claimed something. Then, multiple outlets rote up their own version of the story, citing the NYMag story, but including none of their own reporting.

This caused the "computer scientist" to set the record straight:

Even the "scientist" doesn't think a hack is the most likely reason for the deviation from pre-election polls:

In recent days, they have seized on a report by a respected computer scientist and other experts suggesting that Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the keys to Mr. Trump’s Electoral College victory, need to manually review paper ballots to assure the election was not hacked.

“Were this year’s deviations from pre-election polls the results of a cyberattack?”
    J. Alex Halderman, a computer science professor at the University of Michigan who has studied the vulnerabilities of election systems at length, wrote on Medium on Wednesday as the calls based on his conclusions mounted. “Probably not.”

More likely, he wrote, pre-election polls were “systematically wrong.”
But the only way to resolve the lingering questions would be to examine “paper ballots and voting equipment in critical states,” he wrote.

Seems clear to me the Russians/Trump Transition Team got to the respected computer scientist. Probably have his kid holed up somewhere that not even Liam Neeson could find.

You go on believing what you want, though.

Donald Trump doesn't do "disregard" very well:

"Doing my best to disregard the many inflammatory President O statements and roadblocks.Thought it was going to be a smooth transition - NOT!"

As far as I can tell, the most inflammatory thing Obama said about Trump was that if he'd run, he would have beaten Trump. That's just the regular self-confidence of the average pol, and in any case, it's irrelevant. Which if Trump had the normal self-confidence of a normal pol, is exactly what he would have said in response.

Roadblock = not changing your administration's policies to conform with the batshit crazy stuff I say.
