That resolution has never been advanced before. It exposed Bibi for the bad actor he is. Nothing that's happened the last few days is astonishing if you've paid the slightest bit of attention, BTW. This blowup was predictable once Bibi formed his coalition with right-wing splinter groups. He owes his political life to them.
