It's quite possible we'll see Article XXV invoked before 2020. Pence is acceptable to his party, and while I disagree with his views, he's not mentally unbalanced.

The big joke is that Trump is mentally ill, but I don't think that's the case. I think he's just bombastic and in over his head and his celebrity was enough to overcome being your grandpa who discovered Twitter.
