Here is the thing. She isn't going to back down on her goals. She is going to push for state funding for private education, taking even more money away from public schools. Her ignorance will not deter that approach.

What it does is demonstrate just how awful a choice Trump made. Not only does she want to do the wrong thing, she doesn't have enough knowledge of education to be making such choices. She was chosen for her goals and her past contributions, not her qualifications.

 

But if she's as incompetent as you think, she won't effectively accomplish the goals you hate.

 

It isn't a matter of hate. Please refrain from such misleading tactics. When you claim somebody is making an argument out of hate, you are dismissing the intellect involved.

I'm saying her ignorance means she doesn't have the knowledge to be in such a position, but she will be there anyway and she will be able to push her agenda in spite of her ignorance. She isn't incompetent or stupid. She is, however, ignorant regarding some key points of education.

 

Knowing that the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act is a federal law would be a start.

Tactics? I said you hate her goals. It sounds like you do. If not, OK.
Your terms seem strange to me. She's smart but ignorant? You make it sound like if she would just understand the issues a little better she would inevitably reach your conclusions. Is it possible she understands them and just disagrees with you?
