Apparently the FHA can charge whatever the hell it wants to for mortgage insurance so long as its reserves are at or above a level specified by law. That's all I know about it, other than the fact that the reversal of the cut was actually a reversal of a pending cut; the cut wasn't supposed to take effect until Jan. 27.

 

I denounce the breaking, but I fully support the starting fires. It's cold there, bro.
