This is a reminder that people get unbelievably stupid when it comes to LeBron.

LeBron is the best player in the game. He's on the short list of the best ever.

He is not a "problem" on any level.

No LeBron isn't the problem. My sarcastic remark was more geared to the fact that it doesn't surprise me that James throws his teammates/front office under the bus quicker than he'll take the blame for a slump. I don't buy they need more playmakers, but I'll buy the team needs more depth. And I'm also tired of his subtweeting/whinning to the media about stuff he really needs to keep in house. He's not the GM and he's not the coach but acting like it is one of the reasons it's hard for me to enjoy watching the best player since Jordan.

It is a universal truth of all sports that many many people will believe any team's biggest problem is its best player.

An opposing view: I'd love to have a team leader who thinks being 30-13 is "shitty." I have a lot of respect for that kind of fire.

30 and 13 after going 2-5 in their last 7, but yes I get your point. It's a wake up call to his teammates but couldn't that be served better by challenging them to step up rather than saying the players he has now aren't good enough and they need to be replaced?

This might be what the team needs to get going again and I'm off base (probably true anyway) but I just don't like the not taking blame and blaming everyone else LeBron. Again he's the best player since Jordan and he's even in the same conversation as Jordan. He's not why the Cavs are in a slump, I just don't like his act. That's just me.

I dunno. Top 10 at the worst. Probably top 5. In no particular order, I'd put him in with Jordan, Magic, Wilt, Kareem and Bird.

LeBron is top 3. Right behind Jordan and Magic.

Yeah, it's so apples-to-oranges when you add in the big men, it gets really hard to rank. I'm comfortable with those three plus Kareem and Wilt as my top 5 but narrowing it down beyond that is hard to do.

    Wilt Chamberlain denounces this.

And Russell. And Kareem. Oscar, West, Bird, etc. LeBron is one of the 10 best ever, maybe top five. That's plenty damn good enough.

So, obviously he should be traded for prospects to build up their D League team.
