    His whole campaign and post-election runup has been via Twitter. Type a few words and, boom, it's there. Circumstances be damned. So it's not totally shocking to see him try and govern by the same principles. Key word being try. And announcing it on a Friday? Pure news dump.

    He's going to have to rethink that. No such thing as a slow day with social media, and Saturday is prime protest day (stale conservative jokes about herp derp them filthy hippies ain't got no jerbs to work anyway notwithstanding.)

    So the former KGB agent who assisted with the Trump-Putin dossier died suddenly yesterday in Moscow. Russia says it's a heart attack. Sure. Best be careful Trump administration. The Company has had surgeons who'll take a hit to their success rate for money since the '50s.

    He may have to rethink a lot after this weekend. He may not, too. Depends on how accountable elected Republican officials choose to hold him.

    If they don't, we lose. The House is gerrymandered within an inch of its life. You can't turn that thing blue if you wanted to. It's on them.
