I may be wrong, but always saw Preibus as the secondary adult in the room behind Pence. But I could see anyone who had the slightest knowledge of what the decision-making process has become walking. He's just another old-line GOPer blinded by the light of power that ignored all the warning signals about Trump.

Breitbart remains the most-dangerous person behind POTUS in DC. And getting a seat on the NSA may make him more dangerous than DT.

One of the very worst things would be for him to be assasinated. That truly will send the country over the edge. But if Trump died of natural causes tomorrow, Mike Pence would restore a sense of normalcy. He'd be a heavy-handed moralizing prig and I'd hate his policies, but he'd stop this nonsense of selling the nation out to Putin and letting the white nationalist assholes take over the White House like it is their personal Elks Lodge.

What percentage of Trumpistas would believe he died of natural causes? They thought Scalia was murdered. They thought Breitbart was murdered. They blamed every death in Arkansas and D.C. in the 80s and 90s on a Clinton-led hit squad.
