Court orders being defied is the stuff of Hugo Chavez.
One branch of our government has gone completely off the reservation.

 

Unless you're a white, evangelical Christian conservative, i.e. the only Real Americans. And if you are in that group, you believe every word of the Bible is literally true. Otherwise, you are not only unamerican; you burn in hell for eternity. Those are the rules.

BTW. I thought the conservatives campaigned against Obama's imperial presidency over his use of Executive Orders? Oh well, I guess conservatives aren't only bigoted prejudiced narrow minded assholes, but hypocrites as well. It used to be we could differ on issues but respect the person. But the line from Speaker Gingrich to Fuhrer Bannon is direct.
There is no neutrality because neutrality is acquisence to the status quo, and that is totalitarianism.

 

You assume Trump will allow future elections, why would you do that?

Another question: We all know history is filled with red states defying federal court orders in the name of re-fighting a war they lost decades earlier. But how about federal agencies defying federal court orders? Is there a precedent for that?

He could unilaterally criminalize dissent tomorrow and all of the dickless cowards in Congress would roll over and do nothing.

They only claim to believe that. They ignore the parts they don't like, such as the one that outlaws unequal treatment of any kind for illegal immigrants.
