You are right, I went back and watched it "live." The replay angle Fox kept showing kinda looked like it was on the rim.

See, that's probably a really smart, good thing for Mizzou. But, I'm a Bulls fan too so I can't really get on board with that.

Do you think there is any way Hoiberg survives in Chicago? Seems like he's completely lost the team.

Good lord. The last Villanova foul came with 14:51 remaining. You'd get laughed out of Cameron Indoor swallowing the whistle like that.

I will say, you don't see Perrantes get visibly frustrated by the officiating like that very often. Ever really.

He certainly doesn't deserve to. But at the same time the front office has been such a train wreck too, so it's not like it's all his fault. I would not be surprised at all if he's a fall guy after the season and GarPax survives.

Northwestern would be solidly in the field if the season ended today. Expect that story to get bigger after the NFL shuffles off the stage after Sunday.

Is the B1G's relative weakness this year good or bad for them? Having trouble deciding what that means for NW. (And I'm very much rooting for them to make it, despite the fact that it might lead Duke to make the correct decision and hire Collins when K retires.)

I dunno. That would let me continue my hatred of Duke unabashed. It's hard for me to dislike Capel.

Get you a man who can do both.

Oh that's my dream replacement right there. No question about it.

As an added bonus, I think he's got just a bit of the Quin Snyder recruiting touch, too. No basis in fact for that, just belief.

Gonzaga's No. 1 in the new AP college rings poll.
