    Friends on the Hill are saying Gorsuch is the leader in the clubhouse.

    It's likely him or Hardiman. Pryor seems to have fallen off.

    Hardiman might be easier to confirm, but if the Dems are going to go all in either way, you might as well go with the more conservative pick.

    Then there's the talk that the Dems might go easier on this pick, as it's replacing Scalia, and put everything into stopping the next pick.

    But, that's also an argument for picking the more conservative justice now.
