What part of the news is fake? The yearbook says he started the "Fascism Forever" club.

Again, I'm sure you would have defended Sotomayor's honor under the same circumstances.

I'd have to read all the articles on this, and see how it was reported.

If they say the yearbook lists him as the founder of the club, that's one thing.

If they say he did start the club, that's something else. No one has claimed he actually started such a club. It's clearly either a joke of his, or one made at his expense.
