Can't you both be right? Barkley is a self aggrandizing bully, but entertaining. LeBron is an onion, paper thin skin and full of tears. But he told the truth about Barkley

The Lakers and Celtics each have 3,252 regular season wins (all time) going into tonight's game.

It's hard to believe how low-profile an event here in Boston this Lakers-Celtics game is. More buzz for the Raptors Wednesday night.

Kareem: If Cavs and Warriors want to be the 80s Lakers and Celtics, they've gotta do it for 5 or 6 more years and "there's got to be more blood and the court."

I heard that. Made my heart feel good. He's talking Celtics-Lakers before and he said. "We weren't gentlemen. Bill Russell and those players, they weren't gentlemen." Wooden ships and iron men.

No two teams have ever met 3 consecutive years in the Finals. So Kareem, um no. In fact in the 80's I believe the Lakers-Celts only met in the Finals in '84, '86, and '87.

He never said the Celts and Lakers met three years in a row. He was referring to how the rivalry lasted decades.

Correct, it was about the sustainability of a transcendent rivalry.

The Lakers have a player wearing number 28. That's just wrong.

Isaiah Thomas scores 17 in the 4th ... finishes with 38 ... just a bucket short of becoming the first C ever with 40 in 3 straight games, as incredible as that sounds.

Lakers were 10-10 at one point ... 17-36 now.
