Zoe Baird wonders what all the fuss is about.

Agreed. It's horrible for America. But the Republican Party is hell-bent on doing things that are horrible for America, and right now they get to.

Maybe. On the other hand, given what we've seen go on in three weeks, what are the odds that Trump drives the whole thing into the ditch inside of two years?

If I had to put money on it, I'd say he probably did get physical with her.

But, the cops were called on a couple of occasions, and there's nothing in this article referencing a police report, let alone a description of injuries.

The best we have is the lawyer's statement that evidense does exist:

Sokol says he has copies of medical reports that substantiate that something occurred to cause Henning injury. "This was an allegation of a series of instances coupled with physical evidence. Obviously, it's her word of how the injures occurred, but there was other supporting evidence. There was objective outside support for violent arguments and things being thrown."

I'm just not sure we can state that he abused his wife.

While I don't think some huge percentage of claims are false, some are, and there should be some standard of evidence before we make such a claim.

Which is completely meaningless given the confirmation vote.

Shall we inform Jose Reyes and Aroldis Chapman that they are innocent? Has the president done a background investigation? Interesting that baseball players are held to a higher standard then Cabinet nominees.

Like simpler, lower taxes; School choice for inner city victims of Democrat control; Stopping Iran from getting nukes; Halting immigration from failed areas designated "states of concern" by Obama; Rolling back Dodd-Frank to help small banks; Ending over-regulation; Ending penalties for not buying monopolized health care; Tackling cybersecurity; Increased manufacturing jobs and... smacking down the irresponsible media?
