They are going to go after schooling for special needs kids, make sure that gets cut down.

They'll probably go after LGBQT kids schooling as well. That's what the DoE is charged most with, protecting the rights of low-income kids, disabled kids, minorities, etc.

Expect attacks on schooling for those groups.
