He was on her group's board, and spoke at her group's events.

He wasn't just for school choice. He was an ally of DeVos.

Agreeing with her on that issue is not the same thing as saying she is qualified to be Secretary of Education. You do understand that, right? You do realize everybody sees through your intellectual bullshit by now, right?

One other reason that I forgot as to why right-wingers love charter (and non-public) schools: Their teachers are almost always non-unionized.

    We were discussing Cory Booker.

Between his "testimony" against Sessions and his "resistance" to DeVos, he's trying to position himself as a leader in the party and a candidate for president in 2020.

    But he's a fraud.

You're thinking of voucher programs, not charter schools.

Funny thing about vouchers: couple years after they went into effect in my neck of the woods, it turns out an Islamic school is the biggest beneficiary. Of course, there are only two Islamic schools in the state and about 8,000 or so Baptist/Conservative Evangelical/Wesleyan schools. I exaggerate, but still.

I'm not a huge fan of Booker, but your premise here is absolute bullshit. Standing with DeVos on school choice in the past does not mean he has to support her for Secretary of Education.
