I had already explained the point. In both cases, you have somebody living in that school district trying to claim that they shouldn't have to pay school taxes because they don't have students in that public school. It doesn't matter if you don't use the public schools because you don't have children or you do have them and send them to a private school. In either case, you are claiming you shouldn't pay taxes because you don't use a given public service.

I would like to opt out of all staff and travel expenses incurred by the DOJ in enforcing the Muslim travel ban. I'll just deduct a reasonable amount from the taxes I owe.
