    Can you imagine the thousands of lawsuits and legal challenges that will be involved if the U.S. government seizes thousands of miles of privately-held land with eminent domain? The actual cost of that wall will be much higher.

    There is no question the Democratic Party needs to make some changes, but this idea that they are responsible for President Trump is a joke. The Republican Party nominated the guy. They own what he does.

    Almost surely the case. If the government slow walks its appeal, that'd piss off the Supremes by making them look cheap. The lowest family court judge has an almost Trump-sized ego. They need it for their jobs. The Supremes? The Pope has much more humility.
