So your car might hit a deer or its transmission might fail, then fail again when you're leaving the repair shop?

What can I say? You've cracked the case ... those deplorable Republicans would have gotten away with it if it hadn't have been for you meddling kids. There goes my shot at becoming gauleiter ...

Puzder was going to go down in flames in a Senate confirmation vote. Unlike DeVos, who had just enough GOP support to slip by on Pence's tiebreaker, the party bailed on Puzder.

I don't understand your point here. Go back to the graph. It shows that Democrats and Republicans held essentially the same view of Putin up until July of 2016. Dems actually viewed him slightly more favorably. And then when Trump, with an assist from Paul Manafort, became the GOP candidate, Putin's approval ratings skyrocketed among Republicans while staying the same among Democrats. It's a pretty clear line. Did Republicans really think Vladimir Putin became a better person? Or did they somehow gain this wealth of truth from BTE TV?

I'm sure it was all about Pudzer, and Dems will love the next person Trump nominates.

You can keep the peace treaty, or trade it for what's behind the curtain.

No, they didn't think he became a better person; they liked him better (or disliked him less) because they saw him as hurting Herself. Just as Democrats began disliking him more (or liking him less) for the same reason.

It was a welcome break from "WELL, WHAT ABOUT KILLARY'S EMAILS!?!"
