Obama forgot to say, "Don't do that!"

The two biggest "South Park" fans I know are both United Methodist clergy, whereas another group of UMC clergy I know have turned "receiving the Bishop" into a coded phrase for a post-conference pint.

That said, I've always thought since Methodists are derived from Episcopalians, who are derived from Catholics, that we're Catholicism Lite Lite. Never felt much connection to Baptists, but that might work better in the south.

Has anyone found video of Trump laughing yet?

The guy doesn't laugh. It's weird.

I'll believe that when I see it. Each time he's started to appear to have a spine, he ends up caving.

I don't mean just laugh. I mean laugh at himself. Self-deprecating. Like Obama did on that clip.

I don't give a shit if Trump ever laughs. I certainly have never seen him laugh at himself. Because he's a socially disturbed, mentally ill, insecure prick.

I'm pretty sure I've got the exact July result used in the graph, but even if I don't I'm very close ... From that poll until December, Democrats' view of Putin went from -49 to -62 ... that's a 26.5% change. Maybe that's barely changed in your book, but it's not in mine.

You and the rest of the board might be interested in a more detailed view of those poll numbers ... Respondents reported either "Very Favorable," "Somewhat Favorable," "Somewhat Unfavorable," "Very Unfavorable," and "Don't Know"

    In July, Democrats went, in order, 3%, 12%, 24%, 40% and 20%. Republicans went 4%, 12%, 35%, 34% and 15%.

    In late December, Democrats were 3%, 9%, 22%, 52% and 14%. Republicans went 5%, 32%, 33%, 14% and 16%.

Oh, I know what you meant.

But, it's been pointed out that he never really laughs. He doesn't. It's weird.

The closest I've ever seen him come was at the Al Smith dinner, when he almost laughed at his own jokes.

Doesn't really fit with the whole "America first" stuff Trump campaigned on.

He told jokes? All I remember is him going into bulldog mode on Clinton. Had no clue whatsoever it was supposed to be a lighthearted event. Does he even get invited to the WHCA or Gridiron Club dinners?

Trumpists are in no way bothered that they share the same side of the fence with David Duke.
