Did it taste better on Trump's plate or in the dog bowl that Gov. Sandwiches had to eat out of?

 

How could you eat with Christie and not demand he have the salad?

 

As a friend said today, Trump's ritual degradation of Christie is probably his most redeeming quality.

 

It wasn't a shot at bush as a total candidate, but in the context a response to him saying nothing (a thousand points of light, stay the course etc.) to a pointed question.

 

Put a coat and tie on mister.

 

And Christie has gained absolutely nothing in return.

 

We can only guess that the taco bowl at the White House is not up to the high standard set by the same dish at Trump Tower.

 

I think that he's convinced himself that he's playing the long game. And he might not be wrong.

I have $50 at 2-1 that he has a WH job by year end.

 

That and keeping Paul Ryan in check.
