Why would anyone want such a wonderful thing to be rare?

 

Sure. You don't. But the point is that there's no consensus on what's radical and what's "common sense".

Pro-choice advocates think using "rare" judges/stigmatizes the women who have abortions. This is why Hillary Clinton had to temper her language on the subject.

They would go after any elected official who used this phrase today.

 

If you support abortion and you're not actively taking part in killing babies, then you're a hypocrite.

 

Btw, how are we defining safe?

Does it mean that the clinics that provide abortions should meet the standards of ambulatory surgery centers? Should the doctors who perform them be required to have admitting privileges at a local hospital?
