I think it's better for the sport if it is on ESPN, although NBCSN's soccer coverage has been outstanding.

Going to my first MLS game next weekend, so watching the replay of Atlanta-Minnesota to get up to speed.

Dear God, Minnesota has potential to be one of the all-time expansion clunkers in any sport. Back-to-back 5-1 losses, and they look absolutely clueless on defense. This feels like the birth of the Devil Rays or Blue Jackets, where the team is hopelessly buried in last place for a decade and the town loses all hope. It looks that awful.

EDIT: Thought I was safe calling the final score in the 89th minute. Nope. 6-1.

 

Minnesota alone might change some minds on relegation in MLS.
