    It's spreadable pickles. I've eaten many a ballpark (and cookout) hamburger where the only condiments available are ketchup, mustard and relish. It's quite good.

    The now defunct Post House restaurant in my home town of Wilmington, Del. served its burgers with a homemade relish that was less full of pickle than most. Quite excellent.
