If he has information, he needs to call for a congressional investigation, and that investigation needs to happen pronto. Otherwise, STFU.
I think it's now media obligation to ask every member of relevant House and Senate committees if they have seen any info on this. Specifically, these lawmakers all need to be on the record asking/ordering Trump to hand over any info. If he doesn't, both houses should formally censure Trump for what would be considered slander if both parties were private citizens.

You'll know this is getting to the for keeps stage when the leaked stories start mentioning members of Congress by name as involved with Russia or there are just leaked stories about members doing other nefarious deeds. That WOULD start a stampede for the exits. There's a reason why no Congress has ever crossed the FBI in its history.
