When the Temple game was on two days ago, I remember thinking they could have done some arena-wide seat maintenance during the action.

Don't they have arguably the third or fourth best case in their own conference? Two vs three seems debatable, a 1 seed seems like a huge stretch.

Hell, no. They were fifth in ACC regular season. Fifth!! If West Virginia wins the Big 12 title later, should they be a 1 seed?

    Nova and Kansas are 1's.

    After that its a crapshoot.

Conference title week would be a lot more exciting if there was a rule that if you didn't win your tournament, you can't have a one seed. So would bracket contests.

Speaking of that Southern team, Ben Jobe died last night. Probably the best coach in SWAC history.

Well, yeah, but then who gets the one seeds: teams who finished third in the regular season, but won the conference tournament?

The league tourneys won't really mean anything as long as the field is mostly set before the final games are played.

Arizona's gradient shorts were unfashionable when they first went on sale in Wal-Marts across the country in 1988. Time hasn't improved the look.

Bill Walton has been unfashionable almost as long.
