The Spicey joke about that during the press briefing drew a lot of guffaws from the press corps. That was bad. Basically joking about lying throughout the entire campaign. Ha. Ha.

 

It's what I've been saying all along. It's the administration that cried wolf.

That's subnumerate nonsense. The people who won't buy it are young (foolish, but who isn't when young) and healthy. The people who buy it (older and more aware of that whole mortality thing, many with illnesses, injuries, etc, will see their premiums soar past the point where they can afford it. That's not choice. It's the literal opposite of choice. It's cruelty for its own sake. You seem to be down with it.

 

The thing that will stop, I would guess, the GOP health care plan is how it really screws older people who don't have a lot of money. If the GOP rams this through and it prevents older (voting) people in a hugely negative way. there will be hell to pay.

So you have problems with premiums too high for people to afford? The answer is to force them to pay anyway? This GOP plan is just a watered-down version of what we have, so the hand-wringing is typical liberal nonsense. It's not going to pass because a number of Republicans know it doesn't actually address the problem. And stop with the personal digs. You told me to die in a fire. You have ZERO credibility when it comes to taking the high road. ZERO.
