Bold media prediction: Meals on Wheels will survive.

 

That's only OK if they can spring for a lobbyist.

 

Just a reminder that you voted for Trump, apparently unphased by his lack of ethics and track record for lying.

 

I agree Meals on Wheels will somehow survive without federal funding and still contend that taking away it's funding is a scummy way for President Trump to propose trimming dollars from the federal budget.

To be fair, in that narrow context there wasn't really an alternative choice. Unethical liar A, or unethical liar B.

 

Pathetic. There's a big difference between a normal trimming pol and a con man and pathological liar. But she was a girl and had cooties.

 

In some respects normal trimming pols are worse. They say shit like "We're bringing democracy!" every time they go and fuck another country up by removing its democratically elected leaders. That's potentially a lot worse than some of the stupid shit our current Pathological Liar In Chief has been saying.

 

That's a take, I guess.

 

I don't buy that argument at all. A percentage of voters may feel that way, but I have no doubt that we will see a very good, very qualified female President in our lifetimes.

My take is she is and was and forever will be a very flawed candidate. AND, don't forget, she not only lost to Trump (mind boggling), but she also lost to Barack Obama (also mind boggling in many respects as he was a relative newcomer to the political scene).

Why can't people just admit that she is a flawed candidate, ran portions of her two campaigns poorly, and that there has to be someone out there who will be far better and more electable than her?

It's like she is oh fer two against the Globetrotters and Washington Generals.
