Yes, she posted her story today. Tillerson told her he's not the kind of person who needs publicity. Doesn't quite get the concept of his job.

Late to the party, but just to touch upon these two notable posts.

    1. The ugliness in any discussion involving you is mainly due to the fact that you can't say anything non-inflammatory. Never have since your arrival. Q-whatever doesn't help matters with his smarmy one-liners, but you are the thread running through any ugliness.

    2. Fuck that all to hell. Any of us are free to horn in on anything you say on here. In fact, that's what I'm doing right here, and happy to be doing it. If you can't deal with that, that's your problem. Or maybe, just maybe, stop acting like the smart-ass kid on a junior-high playground.

As if we couldn't tell by the way he threw Fox under the bus for the wiretapp story, instead of owning (another) misstatement.

Good lord, hope that bus has tires like the monster trucks, the number of people that have been thrown under it.

Per Reliable Sources, the one reporter there wasn't even filing daily stories for the website she was working for, or doing a pool report, she was just along to do a profile of Tillerson. And the story you reference is still the only story she's posted. He's been there, what, 3-4 days now? It's not just Tillerson who doesn't get the concept.

The United States has had hundreds of agents in Ukraine since before the Orange Revolution, stirring up these things. We sent senators and our assistant Secretary of State over there during the coup. "We are with you!" John McCain proclaimed to the armed protesters in Maidan Square seizing government buildings and demanding a change of government. It was replaced by a U.S.-backed fascist government LESS democratic and far worse than anything that had preceded it. But it's an American puppet, so all is well!

"We ruined your country . . . but have some cookies!"

Would love to see America's reaction to hundreds of Russian agents stirring up a revolution in, say, Mexico. We'd shit our pants.

In its 22 years as an independent state, whether Ukraine had a "pro-West" president or not, both sides of the divided country were treated as equal members of the state --- until the coup. There was no civil war --- until the coup. We support this current government. Why do we NOT CARE AT ALL what it does to the eastern half of the country? Of course, because they're not pro-West, so let 'em go without their pensions. Let 'em die. If the situation were reversed, we'd be screaming about "Human Rights Violations!!!!!!!"

What Kiev is doing to the eastern part of the country is like Trump cutting off government benefits to the citizens of California . . . because they were responsible for his popular vote loss and don't support him.

Frankly, Cran, you have zero fucking idea what went on in that country and what is going on in that country, because your comfort media does not tell you and you are too willfully ignorant to seek out the uncomfortable facts. Such as the podcast below:

I thought the Orange Revolution was when Phil Fulmer aced Johnny Majors out of his job.

That I understand. But it still begs the question on why she's the only U.S.-based reporter on the trip. More Trump trying to control the news, I guess.
