The State Department has no nominee for either of two deputy positions or a CFO.

Those seem like they might be useful.

 

The majority of the work gets done at the Asst. and Deputy Secretary levels. Not having them is a huge handicap.

 

So what happens when Trump trots out the Presidential Pardons after the dust settles?
