I thought Rocky IV was one of the weaker movies, but it had the best soundtrack.

The Daily 202: Trump keeps blaming Obama. Fresh polls show voters don’t buy it.

Trump did a 30-minute interview with the failing New York Times today. I guess so he can take credit for their increased circ and future Pulitzers.

Politico reports that the negotiations to revive a Trumpcare bill last night failed when the Freedom Caucus and Tuesday Group (relative moderates) compared notes on their separate meetings with VP Pence and found he had offered them two different deals.

Trump to NYT: Rice may have committed a crime and it's going to maybe be a huge story. And BillO is innocent of all these sexual harassment charges.

Nope, it was to accuse Susan Rice of a crime without offering evidence and to stick for Bill O'Reilly. Honest.

These healthcare revival discussions over the past two days are nothing more than a way to give Republican congressmen cover when they go home for their two-week recess. They'll need something to say when constituents ask why they couldn't their No. 1 priority accomplished despite having seven full years to come up with a plan.
