I heard an interview today with a former diplomat, who was talking about the best strategy for Trump to use when he met with Xi Jinping. "Probably the smartest thing he could do is listen a lot and say very little."

I laughed so hard that I nearly drove into the ditch.

Trump's a habitual, remorseless blowhard. It's a game to him. I tend ignore the game, personally. I take him neither literally nor seriously. He tries shit out and pisses people off just to see what'll happen. It's part of why he's manifestly unfit for president. When it's all over, he'll admit he authorized half the leaks from his own White House as trial balloons. That's the kind of person he is.

But Paul Ryan is a fucking liar. There aren't many worse. Clinton had his moments.
