I was simply pointing out that that strategy by Clinton was flawed. It by no means is any "endorsement" of Putin. The biggest mistake this board makes WRT this subject is equating my saying "this is what Putin was thinking" with "I agree with it!" I often don't; I just make an effort to UNDERSTAND it beyond the usual default reasoning.

We stigmatize all losing candidates in this country for no good reason except our national obsession with success. It's not like she or any other loser didn't try. If crabby old white people in the sticks wanted to vote for Trump, what was she supposed to do about it? Promise to build a wall except with union labor only?

Both Clinton and Trump are totally wrong. Airfields are easily rebuilt. Chemical weapons can be fired from artillery. This will alter the Syrian situation not at all. But it will get Trump a few hours of the cable news approval that is his fentamyl. The worry is what happens when the high wears off.

You know why they did this, right? If we kill Russian troops who happen to be at the base, then we really are starting WWIII.

It's almost definitely mathematically impossible to win the presidential election only by getting votes in rural areas. It's not 1832.

You and others who keep trying to make that claim should start to figure this out.

WWIII is preferable to Gee than the U.S. doing something right under Trump.
