As weird as it sounds, it would be reassuring if it did. It means he risked, at the very least, personal embarrassment for what he thought was the right decision.

Embarrassment? LOL. Like he would care, he'd have still pics printed up and sent out as Christmas cards. (/9 to 5-jack.)

This picture has got me to pondering.

Who is Kushner looking at? Trump or Bannon, and what is he thinking?

Tillerson seems to be looking at Kushner, I'm sure with happy thoughts after Jared's most recent travels.

Poor Spiceman in the corner, always in the corner.

This would be a tough one for Trumpists to take. If Bannon, their beloved Neo Nazi, gets kicked to the curb, they'll be in mourning for weeks.

Literally the two guys most central to him winning the election. Well, at least among people who don't live in Russia.

Everyone in his orbit is going to get a turn being the "most trusted advisor" for 2-6 months before being unceremoniously dumped. Chris Christie will get a turn. Ditto Kellyanne Conway. And all of them will be dumb enough to think their position is permanent.
