    60 of the 80 games in the U.S. as well as all games from the quarterfinals to the final.

    Pretty much a done deal it will come to the U.S. since Asia and Europe can't bid. Plus, FIFA can squeeze some more money out of Fox after giving it the U.S. rights after the 2022 Cup got moved to December in the heart of the NFL season.

    Now, where to stage the games. There will be no shortage of cities bidding, from Seattle to Miami.

    Will Canada and Mexico get automatic places? A pretty sweet deal for the Canadiens if they host only 10 games.

    I've heard all three teams will. Of course, by then I expect the World Cup to be as bloated as the NCAA hoops tournament.

    I guess this also gives Canuckistan plenty of time to develop grass fields, unlike at the WWC.
