If these figures are correct, Trump has taken it up several orders of magnitude. They're saying that Obama spent roughly $97m on vacations in eight years, and that Trump has spent $24m in ten weeks. Not including the security for Trump Tower.

Hitler did not use chemical weapons in WWII, he honored the existing treaties at the time. Assad did use chemical weapons and Putin looked the other way and apparently tried to cover this up. Spicer is exceeding clumsy for a spokesperson, but his point was self-evident. The outrage is either phony or ignorant of language and context.

Hitler refused to use sarin during WWII. The mystery is why.

 

That's as red as any part of the country. For Dems to get that close there is not a bad showing, quite honestly.

 

In other words, because Assad's method of killing with chemicals was accompanied by an earth-shattering kaboom while Hitler's method was to just quietly pump the chemicals into an overcrowded room, Assad is much worse in Spicerworld.
