I wonder what it must be like for people in Seoul to come to the realization their fate is in the steady hands of Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump.

@YankeeFan you honestly don't see the difference between the two?

There is a rational complaint that the guy knows jackshit about government or the world around him, so maybe he should spend more time learning about them.

But he's shown no desire or inclination to do that, so I'd much rather have him as distracted and far away from the power centers as possible.

Why would we compare "the two"?

Of the last three presidents, the media was concerned with the amount of time two of them spent on the golf course -- Bush and Trump. They defended the amount of time Obama spent on the golf course (and on the basketball court).

    What the differentiator here?

Trump's verbal diarrhea about presidents being too busy to play golf was tantamount to a campaign promise that he's already broken and had no intention of keeping anyway.

    That's the difference.

    Oh, so that's it.

That's why his golfing is a bigger deal than Obama not getting Gitmo closed in 8 years.

That would be a pretty serious indictment of the press.

Bolton brought some horns along this time!

Again, he gets a high note out of the way right away. No sense in waiting!

The amount of actual time Trump spends there is not equivalent to Obama, not even close. Trump opens himself up to this by constantly complaining about Obama being on the golf course. It's completely hypocritical.

If I have a couple drinks a day and someone else drinks until they pass out daily, do we both have the same drinking problem?

You should drink until you pass out daily. Try to do it before posting here.

No one ever criticized Obama for not keeping campaign promises.

    Not once. Ever.

This is just a red flag.

It's quite a coup, a person who gets off on ripping the media all the time wrapping up media members in fruitless debates.

You'd think some of you would learn.
