    Thousands of Americans are protesting President Trump’s continued refusal to release his tax returns today. Collectively called the Tax March, upwards of 135 demonstrations everywhere from Washington D.C. and Mar-a-Lago all the way to Seattle hope to put pressure on Trump to release his returns to the public – as every president has done since the 1970s.

    Trump is all about two things - profiting his businesses and low end power plays. Making everyone go to his clubs and golf courses in Florida meets both of those. As I've written here before, I don't think anything makes him happier than calling Mar-a-Lago the Winter White House and forcing his staff to go there on weekends.

    I'm not a writer so could you explain what was wrong with the word "impacts"? I have always thought it mean effects or influences. Have I been wrong all these years?

    "Affects."

    "Impact" is primarily a noun. Better to use "affects" or "influences" every time out. Be precise when writing.
