He's been told, but it does not seem to stick.

Included in this analysis' definition of "propaganda" is "there was a Western-backed coup in Kiev, Ukraine’s capital."

Of course, no less than Russian historian Stephen Cohen insists there was a U.S.-backed coup. And, of course, we have Asst. Sec. of State Victoria Nuland and John McCain just happening to decide to take vacations in Kiev . . . by pure coincidence . . . as the coup was taking place.

But it's all "Russian propaganda."

I'm guessing he's doing the Easter thing with the kid, so there's that.

As for Trump, this is just another variation of "Lock her up!" And after he may have made slight gains (and there's nowhere to go but up, really) with the bombings and even the policy flip-flops. His ego overrules his head, again.

Trump has no core beliefs other than a great ability to understand what messages work with a crowd. He's also made a career of over exaggerating without consequence (other than ridicule from people who see through his BS).

The lack of core beliefs also means that he very often adopts the positions of the last person with whom he's spoken on a topic.

Here's crowd that came out to hear John McCain speak and then overthrew the government. It was a very powerful and persuasive speech.

Try giving the speech in Donetsk.

Still don't get it, do you?

I seem to recall similar crowds across our cities the day after Trump's inauguration. Wouldn't have given Russia the right to usher in its chosen puppet to replace him, however.
