Actually, they do. Should a man find the same peace in hearing a lie about Donald Trump's impeachment as another man found in his daughter's farewell? Well, it sounds kind of silly to me, but I am not nearly as passionate about Trump as some others. But there is clearly a similarity in the two stories.
