The last thing I'd be concerned about is receiving praise from that asshole.

 

He promised a constitutional conservative, at a time when many Republicans didn't trust him to govern as a conservative.

Following through, and nominating Gorsuch, and having the Senate confirm him is huge.

(BTW, I still can't believe his leading the Fascists Forever club in high school never came up in his confirmation hearings. Democrats must be furious he wasn't pressed on this.)
