    Mike Ozanian at Forbes is crapping all over these reports.

    He says the Bush/Jeter group signed a non-binding agreement and the amount is closer to $400M.

    He can't be saying the purchase price is $400 million. That's impossible for an MLB franchise. Even a terrible one should be worth twice that, probably more.
