    Doesn't Boston generally have more of a racist rep than even those places? I've always known it as such.

    Fascinating place. A bastion of liberalism with a well earned reputation for egregious racism. Busing in the 1970s. Whitey Bulger got his start by bombing a part of town in order to send a message about busing.
