    Bingo.

If what the Washington Post is reporting is true, it is not a huge stretch. The grounds for impeachment are, “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Article 3, Section 3, Clause 1 of the Constitution: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Which is less secure, Hilary Clinton's e-mail server or the yap on the bottom of Donald Trump's orange face?

In Woodward/Bernstein's The Final Days, they write about Nixon sharing intelligence estimates with Brezhnev at a summit.

Are there degrees of secure? Seems to me to be a rather binary condition: Secure or Not.

Yeah, there are degrees. As far as I know, someone would have had to actively have tried to hack her server to pull anything sensitive off of it. Trump just gives it away. He's a stooge.

This. If giving classified information to the enemy is not treason, than what is?

If somebody says something bad about the Fuhrer, it can't be true!
Amazing. How is this not grounds for eviction from office if true?

What our country needs right now is the levelheadedness of the Democrats! I have zero faith in anyone currently employed in "leadership" positions in this country. Trump has made himself a convenient scapegoat, but his opponents have lost their Goddamn minds. God help us.

Russia is not legally and formally an "enemy" at this time, but could certainly be classified as a "potential" enemy.

The shit Fucko is pulling would be serious even if he was revealing the information to Canada, sainted Israel or Great Britain.

Or acting as a subservient stooge to their governments.

Officers of the United States government are bound to work for the interests of the United States and no fucking body else.

(I believe that is the precise legal phrasing.)

Trump is a traitor. Treason is a capital crime. Impeach, convict and remove for obstruction of justice, then criminally prosecute on the separate grounds of treason.
