    Good BBQ doesn't need sauce. It can add a nice touch, but it's not needed.

    I'm in KC for a college roommates reunion in two weeks. I plan to subsist on nothing but BBQ and bong rips. It's going to be glorious.

    My buddy's cousin is actually getting a small (non-alliterative, unfortunately) brewery off the ground there now, so we should be drinking that on the cheap most of the time. I'll report out on the quality for SJKC after I get back.
