    Back to Tiger.

Imagine being out with her and NOT remembering anything.

I'm betting he'll have a constant reminder and Valtrex prescription.

The cop gave Tiger the exact opposite instructions Tiger probably gave his "friend"

Unless he intends to claim the medicine took over his brain and forced him to get in a car and drive, it'd be a shame to see charges dropped or reduced. This is a guy who could have killed people. Being in pain doesn't give someone the right to mix pain pills and drive a car while utterly jacked up.

Yes, that is precisely what I suspect he intends to claim, in so many words.

A friend of mine had something like this happen to him. Prescription got mis-filled. He drove, because, well, there was no indication under the prescription he thought he was getting that he would be impaired.

Wait, are there people who don't understand the effects a drug can have on the brain?

As he was clean for alcohol and still acting and sounding like that, it's pretty much indisputable that something took over his brain and severely impeded his decision-making capacity.

At 3 in the afternoon, yeah, I get it.

    At 3 in the morning?

Tiger's gonna have to claim "hey, look, I took this pain pill combination on the way home from wherever I was and they kicked in so immediately, and so powerfully, and so unpredictably that I was left powerless to control any of my actions, and I didn't know any of that could happen before I took them, which is why I took them before I drove home instead of at home."

    That's not an automatic sell.

He could additionally claim he was drugged. And, hell, he may have been. Dunno how he'd prove it. It may be an alternate theory that a prosecutor is worried a jury may believe because Tiger's a celebrity and it seems like a plausible thing to happen.

I can imagine Tiger Woods swallowing ground up glass before letting this go to a jury trial.
