President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

A White House staffer for a President and administration under investigation by a special counsel is well advised to keep his or her own counsel. On the Sunday shows, said staffer would have two options. Either say "I know nothing about that stuff" and look like an idiot, or talk said stuff like he or she did know something. The latter would be most unwise.

 

Trump is waiting for new prime minister Hugh Grant to come in and hire hotter household staff. Dude is playing 27-dimensional chess.

 

Or have another brain fart, like saying he didn't want to meet with a country that lost in 1783.

 

It's been a few weeks since anyone from the White House has been made available for the shows. How are they keeping Kellyanne quiet?

 

That's certainly never slowed them down before.

 

A lot of 'em haven't had to lawyer up before. Now those that don't really are dumb.

 

Good segment with Graham, and it covers a lot more ground than the headline suggests.

Oh, man. Trump's lawyer Kaskowitz now has an office in the White House and is telling staffers don't worry, you don't need a lawyer. That's malpractice. He could lose his license if a staffer took it to the New York Bar Association (they won't).

Last we heard of her, she was whining that the media were paying too much attention to the president's official statements.
