Obama's foreign policy had some problems, primarily in areas in which he tried to curry favor with Republicans by carrying over policies from the Bush regime. But Obama's policies are like the model of consistency and foresight compared to the chaos of Fucko, in which the POTUS and SOS literally have no idea what the other is saying.

And, of course, the stupid fuck is actively working to degrade and destroy
NATO, essentially the core of US foreign policy for the last 70 years.

Because NATO was conceived and created under a Democratic president, and most recently continued under Obama, Fucko wants to smash it.

 

I am not a Trump supporter - I hate the guy's guts.
But destroying NATO and such, this is what he said he would do. You must recognize that.
This is not entirely about ignorance. Some of his supporters really don't believe in a free press or checks and balances, and want to live under a dictator.
