Some of the attorneys he hired gave money to Democratic candidates!" talking points, considering the firing of Brarara, Yates, and Comey, looking at Trump's history of doing things he was told that he shouldn't do, seeing these trial balloons floated about Mueller, and concluding that Trump might very well be dumb enough to actually sack Mueller.
